Sizing varies by item, so be sure to check out the size chart on each item page. If you don’t see one, contact us and we’ll get back to you with the sizing info AND correct the page for future customers!

Some of our items are limited edition, which means that we typically don’t restock after the initial launch. If the product you want to purchase is sold out, contact us and we will let you know if it will be available in the future!

You will be charged when your order is placed.

Tracking number will be sent to the email address that you placed your order with once it ships. If you are having trouble locating your tracking number, contact us and include your billing email and order number so that we can assist you. If you have your tracking number and billing email available, you can check here.

Once an order has been placed, we typically can’t edit the address or modify the items in the order. If you have any questions, reach out to us here.

We currently offer shipping worldwide on nearly all of our items.

All sales from the Knights Pro Shop are final and will not be refunded. If a product that was ordered arrived damaged and we are unable to exchange for an equivalent, the customer will be issued store credit to use on a future purchase.
